I’m really sorry I couldn’t do this face to face. I guess that’s one of my problems: I just can’t face you anymore. We’ve had so many wonderful times together. Those lovely three and four-day weekends. Times I didn’t have to go to work. Days school was closed so I had more time to finish my homework. I will cherish those memories forever. Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will know what God wants you to do, and you will know how good and pleasing and perfect his will really is.

Most people are excited by the possibilities a new year can bring. The new year ushers in a new beginning. It allows us to reflect on the year we are leaving behind in order to embrace everything the new year has in store.
