One thing I love about Philadelphia is its love for the arts.
In just about every section of the city, you can find some form of artwork-solicited or otherwise. Social media has done a great job of highlighting artists who have chosen to paint their heart and soul onto the side of a building, a subway platform, sidewalk, bathroom stall…
You get the picture.
Whether I choose to enjoy this artwork via social media, or I choose to visit for the blog, I can’t help but be reminded that we are also amazing pieces of artwork, created by God.

I scrolled past these murals and instantly thought ‘Color Pop!’
When I say Color Pop, I am referring to the several pairs of Color Pop jeans I own from #OldNavy. From burgundy to boysenberry. Olive, pumpkin, and squash. Name a random color, and I probably own it.
I fell in love with the Color Pop collection Fall 2017 all and I still have no regrets. There is
nothing like a denim top with a colorful pant. For these looks, I envisioned color on color. Since I have a closet full of colors that happened to work with the color pallet of the murals?

Did everything about the concept work ‘exactly’ as I envisioned?
Of course not!
Did it take a few days to choose pics I even ‘kinda liked?’
Sure did.
The perfectionist in me had to remember that the absence of perfection what makes art beautiful.
