The Breakup (Pure Silliness)

philly snow2Dear Winter,

I’m really sorry I couldn’t do this face to face. I guess that’s one of my problems: I just can’t face you anymore. We’ve had so many wonderful times together. Those lovely three and four-day weekends. Times I didn’t have to go to work. Days school was closed so I had more time to finish my homework. I will cherish those memories forever.

Guess what I’m trying to say is it’s not you-it’s me. I’ve changed. Never though I’d say this but we just want different things now. The more I’m with you the more I think about Spring. I don’t really know what else to say. I hope we can still be friends. Who knows, maybe next year I’ll feel differently?

You’re still the coldest season I know. Don’t ever change.
xoxo,
